Todd brings sixteen years of experience building, scaling, and operating programs across complex organization, with a strong foundation in partnership development and government contracting. Throughout his career, he has gravitated toward roles that require ownership from shaping the initial vision to carrying it through execution. Highly motivated by results, Todd focuses on what moves the needle and consistently delivers measurable impact. One of Todd’s most defining contributions was launching a leadership development program for the White House, an initiative that continues to operate today.
