Investing in the people who build what's next

When we started Arvaya, the vision was never just about technology. It was about building something lasting, a firm that helps organizations cut through the noise of AI hype and actually make intelligent work happen, built on a foundation of the right people doing the right things in the right place.
Today, that foundation just got a whole lot stronger. We are thrilled to welcome six exceptional new team members who together span cybersecurity, data engineering, software development, AI development, and operations. Each brings something distinct. Together, they represent exactly the kind of cross-disciplinary depth that sets Arvaya apart.
Growth for its own sake was never the goal. Growth that lets us serve clients better, move faster, and build more thoughtfully — that is worth celebrating. This is one of those moments.
Meet the team
Adrian Szydlo- Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist
In a world where AI adoption outpaces governance, having someone who understands the security and compliance landscape is non-negotiable. Adrian joins Arvaya to ensure our clients' data stays protected, their frameworks stay defensible, and their AI implementations hold up to scrutiny.
Anthony McDougle - Junior Data & Automations Engineer
Automation is only as good as the data that powers it. Anthony joins our engineering team with a focus on building the integrations and pipelines that make intelligent workflow automation actually intelligent. We're glad to be part of his journey as he grows in the field.
Nima Bahrami - Software Engineer
Great AI systems are built on great software. Nima joins Arvaya as a Software Engineer, bringing the technical depth needed to architect and maintain the robust systems our clients depend on. His ability to build clean, scalable solutions across complex environments is exactly what our work demands.
Hudson Hargrave - AI Developer
Hudson joins our AI development team at an exciting moment in the field. Applying AI to real operational problems requires both technical rigor and practical intuition — Hudson brings both. He'll be working across client engagements to build AI solutions that actually move the needle.
Spenser Chun - AI Developer
With AI capabilities evolving faster than most organizations can track, having developers who understand both the tools and the business context they serve is a rare advantage. Spenser joins Arvaya's AI development team ready to translate cutting-edge capabilities into practical, sustainable solutions.
Alenna Zebarth - Executive Assistant
Behind every high-performing team is the operational glue that keeps everything moving. Alenna joins Arvaya as Executive Assistant, bringing the organizational clarity and responsiveness that allow leadership to stay focused on what matters most. The work she does makes everything else possible.
Building in Charleston
Why place matters
There's something intentional about building Arvaya here in Charleston. The Lowcountry is not a tech hub in the conventional sense — and that's precisely the point. We're not here because it's convenient. We're here because we believe the next generation of intelligent enterprise solutions doesn't have to come out of Silicon Valley, and the clients who need them most often aren't there either.
The built environment, government agencies, defense contractors, professional services firms — these organizations are everywhere, including right here in South Carolina. Building a world-class AI consulting firm in Charleston means being close to the clients, communities, and challenges we actually care about.
"We don't just install technology — we connect the pipes that make it all flow."
As our team grows, that commitment stays constant. Every hire we make is a bet on the idea that exceptional talent chooses Charleston on purpose and that when you invest in people who share your vision for what a firm can be, the work reflects it.
To Adrian, Anthony, Nima, Hudson, Spenser, and Alenna: welcome to Arvaya. We're building something here, and we're glad you're part of it.
