This is how we're helping local governments get more out of Microsoft Copilot

We had a fantastic time this week partnering with Charleston County for a hands-on Microsoft Copilot training. Our team headed down to meet with county staff in person — and it was exactly the kind of collaboration we love.

Our Training and Process Enablement Specialist, Kyle Dalton, led the training, walking staff through practical, real-world ways to use Copilot in their daily work. The energy in the room was great, and by the end the team was already thinking about how to put it to use.

Why this matters...

County governments manage a lot — and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot can genuinely lighten that load. From drafting communications faster to summarizing long documents in seconds, there's real, immediate value when staff know how to use these tools well.

That's where Arvaya comes in. We don't just talk about AI in the abstract — we show up, sit down with your team, and make sure they leave knowing exactly how to use it.

"The goal isn't AI for AI's sake — it's giving your people a tool that actually makes their day easier."

Is your organization next?

We'd love to bring this same training to other organizations. Whether your team is just getting started with Copilot or looking to go deeper, we can build a session that fits.
